In 2015, I opened my first travel rewards credit card—and since then, I’ve redeemed over 8,000,000 points, unlocking more than $250,000 worth of travel for little more than taxes and fees.
The secret? It comes down to two critical factors: earning points strategically and redeeming them effectively.
Over the years, I’ve developed systems to maximize my everyday spending across multiple cards, allowing me to earn 3–5 times more points than the average cardholder.
Some of my favorite redemptions include luxury travel to the Maldives, Singapore, Bali, Frankfurt, and Thailand—to name just a few.
Most recently, I completed an around-the-world first-class trip for just $800—a journey that would normally cost over $30,000.
And I’ve done all this while maintaining an excellent credit score and never paying a cent in interest.
